The Face of Talent 2013

The Face of Talent was established in 2011 to further amplify and reinforce the 4A’s long‐standing commitment to two of the most important issues facing our industry—Talent and Diversity. A creative vehicle attracting over 400 advertising executives, it was designed to inspire, celebrate and honor the graduating MAIP class and MAIP alumni, as well as to strengthen the relationship between rising top talent and the leaders in the advertising, marketing, and media industry.  Through the Face of Talent's career fair and MAIP's cultivated network, over 90% of eligible 2013 MAIP alumni (graduated seniors) were hired within 3 months of the event.

 

Personal Notable Accomplishments:

Strategized, co-programmed, and co-produced The Face of Talent (2011-2013), bringing together 400+ advertising professionals, client-side marketing executives, and invested stakeholders. 

Co-created The Face of Talent website, the first website dedicated solely to the brand, housing pertinent information for all invested parties and highlighting key partners and sponsors.
